The Irtutian League were a group of northern colonies established in the far north by the Silnarian Empire eons ago, and declared independence during its moments of weaknesses, and have stayed independent since. It occupies most of the southern Irtutia island. Most of the city are semi independent and this is a league that largely associates for self-defense and protection of trade interests.
