The Magocratic Republic of Ginzan is a mostly isolationist nation located in eastern Ramul Ta, bordering Daihei. The majority of Ginzan is noted for its hospitality and enlightenment compared to most other states in the region.
Ginzan’s main industry is one of the most unique in the world as the nation lies on top of a large number of caverns, filled with magical crystals which are important for a wide number of magical processes and rituals. However, the process of mining and refining such crystals is incredibly dangerous, and so slave labor is heavily employed. This is mostly done through the subjugated Pale Oni populace, however due to harsh conditions said populace has begun to dwindle which has led to an ever increasing reliance on Amongko’s slave trade.
It’s land is notably quite habitable, not prone to the droughts in Amongko. This leaves a large amount of arable land for agriculture, which Daihei is quite reliant on for feeding its populace. It tends to use this as leverage against Daihei to increase the amount of slaves the nation receives in return. This has led to the nations having quite a bitter relationship, although far too reliant on one another to war directly.
Ginzan is notably one of the only exporters of such crystals and essentially has a monopoly on their trade and refinement.
Ginzan were founded by Blue Oni exiles from the Great Oni Empire when their Empire were destroyed in Panguea.
